First Phase - Preliminary Feasibility
This is quick, simple and inexpensive. Spring Creek Partners will evaluate the property, the
location, the marketplace, the development partners and affiliates to provide a YES or NO
or MAYBE assessment for the project. The YES assessment is straightforward. The
Preliminary Feasibility will provide initial analysis and recommendations to jump start the
development plan. The NO assessment is also straightforward. Important elements are
missing in a potential development plan and they cannot be replaced. The MAYBE
assessment will be more detailed. It will explain what is missing and what can be
done to overcome those missing elements.

Second Phase - Project Planning
Spring Creek Partners will work closely with the developers, planners, architects, interior
designers, contractors, marketers, club operators and attorneys refine the development
plan and insure that each development discipline is focused and is cost efficient.

Third Phase - Project Financing
Spring Creek Partners will provide marketing budgets, sales projections, revenue estimates
along with participating in presentations with potential project financing groups.

Fourth Phase - Construction and Sales Launch
Spring Creek Partners will serve as an on-going advisor or can manage the day-to-day
operations of the sales and marketing program.
